Dan Weber, President and founder of Hometown, began his insurance career with Allstate. While at Allstate, Dan qualified as an "Honor Ring" agent and "Seal of Confidence" agent - two of Allstate's highest awards.
Dan has an extensive background in insurance and finance, and has over 35 years experience in the insurance industry. He is an Accredited Advisor in Insurance and has also received the Life Underwriter Training Council designation.
Hometown Insurance Agency has received national recognition from several major insurance companies. Some of our most significant achievements are:
• Designated as a "V.I.P. Agency” by The Hartford Insurance Company. This distinction is only given to the top 5% of their agents.
• In 1999 and again in 2002, Travelers Insurance selected Hometown as their "Agent of the Year" from among hundreds of Agencies operating in the New York Metropolitan Area.
As a member of the Independent Insurance Agents Association and the Trusted Choice program, Hometown represents some of the oldest and largest insurance companies in the business today. Though we have grown in size, our commitment to serve our customers remains the same.
